This property requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for all reservations. If you expect to be late for your scheduled check-in time, please notify the property at least 1 hour prior to check-in. There will be no fee if you notify the property in advance.
A fee of GBP 30 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late arrival (over 15 minutes), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge a fee of GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Please inform Millharbour in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

美國總統川普稅改方案可望過關，美股 4 大指數收盤全面走高，美元指數也大漲，韓元、日圓等亞洲主要貨幣兌美元續貶，新台幣兌美元 28 日一開盤就貶值 4.7 分、以 30.35 元開出，不過，台股走揚，加上出口商拋匯，新台幣隨後在 30.31 元震盪。
美國共和黨公布稅改架構，市場臆測總統川普的減稅計畫可望成真，為股市帶來利多，道瓊工業指數結束連續 4 天的跌勢，終場上漲 56.39 點，收在 22340.71 點。台股 28 日開盤上漲 24.74 點，加權股價指數以 10351.42 點開出，目前上漲 20 餘點。
國際匯市部分，美元指數大漲來到 93.6 點，創 1 個多月新高，韓元進一步貶至 1146.1 韓元兌 1 美元，目前在 1144.05 韓元兌 1 美元，日圓盤中也觸 112.92 日圓兌 1 美元，人民幣兌美元中間價來到 6.6285 元，較前一交易日中間價貶值 93 基點。
至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，在美元走揚下，新台幣兌美元 28 日也持續走貶，一開盤就來到 30.35 元、貶值 4.7 分，不過，由於台股走揚，加上出口商拋匯，新台幣貶幅受限，目前在 30.31 元震盪。
日本「國民天團」flumpool凡人譜16日在宮城開唱，隨後將展開世界巡迴演唱會，共計跑透透29個城市、31場表演，此趟巡演也包含台灣，將在10月28、29日來台開唱。凡人譜忙演唱會之餘，14日更發行新單曲〈WINNER〉，屆時台灣演唱會也有機會表演，歌迷可以好好期待。
凡人譜正邁向出道10周年，此趟是他們五度來台，為了遵守和台灣歌迷「一期一會」的約定，10月28、29日兩天決定選在「最初的原點」Legacy開唱，主唱山村隆太就說：「今年是出道第9年，9要加上1才會成為整數10的數字，對我們來說這個1裡面包含了無限的可能性，並非隨波逐流的前進，而是綜合過去所有的成果朝著夢想前進，邁向10周年這個未來。」希望在10周年到來之前，能跟歌迷們一起創造未來。

他們為了意義非凡的「1年」，除了忙於各地開唱，新曲製作也同時進行，期待新單曲能在年底與歌迷見面。而為了創造無限的可能、迎接10周年，團員們各自在不同領域努力著，像是吉他手阪井一生首度為日劇寫歌，跟新曲製作同時進行的他，創作能量大爆發，共寫了20幾首歌；而隆太將參加今年11月26日所舉辦的「大阪馬拉松」路跑，要朝著跑完全程（42K）的目標前進，更請到小淵健太擔任教練，每星期練習2次，一次最少跑10至20公里，期望能打破去年4小時28分的紀錄。
隆太和一生在忙碌的工作行程中，唯一能紓壓的方式，就是藉著巡演的機會一覽各城市的美景，一生說：「以前演唱會完都是直接回飯店，但這次想到好好看看每個地方的樣貌，請大家提供情報給我。」相較於他們的「正統觀光」，貝斯手尼川元氣偏好的「觀光景點」很不同，他自爆：「以前巡迴喜歡去鬼屋探險，但有次發生了奇妙事件，在回程的新幹線車上，用手機拍很多照片，很奇怪的是手指都多一根。」令人不寒而慄。
